i left St Johns in 1988 when it was at the old site, my little boy Ben now attends St Johns and i can't believe what a lovely school it is now , the teachers were all lovely whan i was there (mrs Anderson, Mrs Bentley, Mr austin, Mrs Goodband etc not to mention the headmaster Mr Brooks) but what a difference in the building , i couldn't ask for a nicer school for my little boy to go to, its such a friendly and bright environment, keep up the good work everyone and we'll see you on monday. i left St Johns in 2004, i think!! this site just brings back so many memories. i remember Mrs Bennett as she was my yr 3 teacher- Dead funny! Mr miller who was my yr2 and yr6 teacher, cant believe he is now headteacher. Mrs Haplin who used to be Miss Stunt, i remember i saw her in southport a couple of years ago but she didnt see me an i thought it was really funny cos it was like spying on a teacher- HOW SAD!!! i also remember Miss Adams, Miss Fitzpatrick, Mrs Williams, Miss Weymouth, Mrs Hunter.

Just Looking at some of the old places from before I left for Australia in 1974. My 6 year old daughter is very interested in all things Liverpool at the moments. Fond memories of my Primary School Years. Great website and bringing back lots of memories. Would love to hear from anyone I went through school with.

I would like to say thank you to all of the children and staff for the wonderful 'Tinsel and Tea Towels,' performed for the first time today. The imaginative acting, music and lyrics created an alternative Christmas play whilst putting forward the spirit that makes 'the school Nativity' so special to me and made it an afternoon to remember. A grateful grandparent.

Hello! Do you remember me? Hehe I was the deaf student of your chool at one point and I was very shy. If you still can't remember me, I have dark brown hair and brown eyes and I used to wear glasses as well as hearing aids :) Just called round to say what a fabulous school this was and how I miss you all so much!
By the way I'm not shy anymore (well not as shy as I was) and I have plenty of friends. So I suppose I'm doing okay really :P
Well great site and hope to see you lot around sometime
Hugs
Nicolaa x
Ps. I would love to get in touch with you as I am doing child develpoment in my subjects this year and I wouldn't mind coming round sometime to help out with the little ones ;)
